In the best of all worlds you want your site to become a place where people come to, talk, do research and ask questions. This can make you one of the authorities in your field. If you sell products you can find out what your customers what. If you provide a service you can talk to your clients and find out what they think. I talked about building community on the web. This is just a beginning of what it takes, over the next months we will talk about how to build one and how to keep people coming back for more.
